Delivery to a Colissimo pickup point within 2 to 3 working days – 6€ and Free from 150€ purchase

Home delivery within 2 to 3 working days (Colissimo without signature) – 8€ and Free from 200€ purchase

Home delivery within 2 to 3 working days (Colissimo with signature) – 10€ and 7€ from 150€ purchase

 FRENCH OVERSEAS TERRITORIES (DOM-TOM):
 Home delivery within 11 to 18 working days (Colissimo with signature) – 12€

COLISSIMO PICKUP POINT

With Colissimo Pickup Point you have several delivery options to collect your parcel:
At the Post Office, you can choose the location where you want your parcel delivered (without any prior home delivery attempt) among the 9,500 post offices available throughout mainland France.
In a Pickup relay point, you can choose one of the 15,000 local Pickup network shops near your home, workplace or holiday spot.
In a Pickup locker, you can choose one of the 500 automatic lockers to have your parcel delivered. Installed along your daily routes (train stations, metro, parking lots, shopping centres…), they are accessible 24/7.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE FRANCE

Standard delivery times.

European Union countries – €8 to a pickup point and €12 via Colissimo with signature
Switzerland – €12 via Colissimo with signature
United Kingdom – €12 via Colissimo with signature
Canada – €28 via Colissimo

Outside mainland France, customs duties or import taxes may apply in addition to the product price. These fees are applied independently of the customs declaration provided by Géopélie and will be at your expense upon delivery.

 

RETURNS

If your purchase does not suit you, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return it.

During the holiday season, return and exchange periods will be extended.

We can only accept items returned in perfect condition (not worn, not stained, not damaged, not washed) and complete (with original elements: product tags, packaging).

Upon receipt of your items, we will offer you an exchange or a refund.

To create a return request, simply contact customer service using this form and indicate your name, order number, and which product(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Here are the conditions by country:

Mainland France (Colissimo) – Free

We will send you by email a prepaid return label allowing you to return your order free of charge. You simply need to print it and stick it on your parcel.

Please note that this return label is valid for 1 week. After this one-week period, return costs will be at your expense.

DOM-TOM, European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Canada – At your expense

Using the carrier of your choice, please send your order back to the following address:

Make sure to keep the tracking number to follow its delivery to our premises.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within a maximum of 14 days and send you a confirmation email.
