To avoid overproduction and unsold items, we have opted for the pre-order system.
A virtuous model which consists of only producing what we sold during our pre-sale campaign plus a little buffer to ensure exchanges.
When you pre-order one of our items, you will receive an order confirmation email, then an email at each stage of the production, to inform you of its progress.
The estimated delivery date of an itme is indicated on the product page.

We favor the pre-order system. However, you will always find someting to shop on our online store.

When you place your order on our e-shop, an order confirmation will be sent to you.

If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to make a change, contact us as soon as possible by email at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number and what you wish to change.
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with us at email@example.com. We will refund you the full amount of your order.

All the fabrics we use in the production of our clothes are certified Oekotex Standard 100 therefore free from toxic substances and GRS (Global Recycled Standard) guaranteeing the use of recycled materials.
All our clothes are made from recycled yarns (varying from 72% to 100% of the materials depending on the product). Everything is made in France, from the design to the prototypes, including sewing, knitting and dyeing. There's only one exception for the yarn coming from Spain, Italy or Germany depending on the product, because there are less and less spinning mills in France.
According to the Cycleco assessment published in January 2021 by the Union of Textile Industries, Géopélie clothing has a carbon footprint more than 50% lower than traditional clothing made in Asia.
To reduce your impact on the environment and make your Géopélie clothes last a long time, put them in the washing machine only when really necessary.
A gentle machine wash at 30°C will do the trick. Do not iron our leggings or bras. Choose very gentle ironing for our t-shirts.
No bleaching, no dry cleaning and no tumble drying, THANK YOU ;-)
We are all different. At Géopélie, we try to satisfy as many body types as possible.
That's why we offer two leg lengths. A "short" version for those who are less than 1.70m tall and a "long" version for those who are over 1.70m tall. In both cases, the leggings hit the ankles.

Would you like to see us develop a specific product? We regularly send out product development surveys to our newsletter subscribers, however you can always send us an email to email@example.com and give us more details (product type, materials, shape, cut, colors, etc…) on the product(s) you would like us to develop.
You can pay for your order on our e-shop using your credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) or your e-gift card.
Banking transactions carried out for your purchases on our e-shop are secure and processed by our partner PayPlug equipped with strict security system.
In case of a payment error, you will receive a notification by email. In this case, we invite you to choose another means of payment. If the problem persists, do not hesitate to inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
As soon as your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email, summarizing your order. If you wish to receive an invoice showing the amount of VAT, do not hesitate to write to us at email@example.com
We offer gift cards with different amounts on our e-shop. Once purchased, your e-gift-card is sent to your email address. You can pass it to the person of your choice.
How does it work?
You choose the amount of the gift card (we can do custom amounts if needed).
You receive the card by email.
You can then share it directly with the person to whom you would like to maka a gift.
The lucky lady will then be able to order the clothes of her dreams directly from the entire Géopélie collection.
The gift card is valid for 1 year.
Gift cards are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
From the moment you receive your gift card by email, you can use it for one year on our e-shop.
When you want to use it, when validating your cart, simply enter the code indicated in your gift card email. The amount will then be deducted from the tax-inclusive price of your order.

COLISSIMO COLLECTION POINT
With Colissimo Point Retrait you have several collection methods to choose from to collect your package:
At La Poste , you can choose the establishment to which you wish to have it delivered (without first visiting your postman at home) among the 9,500 post offices available throughout mainland France.
In Pickup relay , you can choose one of the 15,000 local merchants in the Pickup network, near your home, place of work or vacation, to whom you wish to have your delivery delivered.
In Pickup locker, you can choose one of the 500 automatic pickup lockers to have your package delivered. Located on your route (station, metro, parking, shopping centers, etc.), they are accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.

Outside mainland France, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products. These costs apply independently of the customs declaration provided by Géopélie, and are at your expense upon delivery.
The delivery time is indicated on the pre-order product page. We keep you informed of the progress of the garment manufacturing until the time of shipment.
Products in stock
We prepare your order within 48 hours to 96 hours during normal periods (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods (Christmas, Mother's Day, presence of the Géopélie brand in stores), this deadline may be extended by up to 10 working days.
In mainland France, once your order has been shipped, allow 2 to 3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) for home delivery with Colissimo.
Don't worry, you may have received a notification a day before the arrival of your parcel, but it will not be delivered until the next day. If you have not received your parcel the next day, we invite you to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying your order number.
If you are not at home during delivery, the carrier will leave your parcel in your mailbox or leave a delivery notice. You will be able to collect your parcel from your neighborhood post office within 10 days.
However, the carrier may not leave a delivery notice. We therefore invite you to regularly check the status of your delivery using the parcel tracking number sent to you in the shipping confirmation email for your order.
If it says “Returned to sender” on your package tracking, this means your package has been returned to us. In this case, the amount of the package will be automatically refunded to the bank account used for payment, and the item will be returned to stock. We invite you to contact us at email@example.com so that we can find the best solution together.
In the event of delivery outside mainland France, customs fees may be applied by the carrier. These costs are of your responsibility and must be paid directly to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
If one or more products of your order do not suit you, you have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your items to us for an exchange or a refund.
Please note that we cannot accept damaged (worn, stained, washed) or incomplete items (missing tags, buttons, etc.) and won't be able to proceed with a refund.
To return an article, simply contact our customer service via this form and indicate your name, order number and which product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Here are the conditions by country:
Metropolitan France (Colissimo) - Free
We will provide you by email with a prepaid return label which will allow you to return your order free of charge. All you have to do is print it and stick it on your package.
Please note that this return voucher is valid for 1 week. After this one week period, the return costs will be your responsibility.
Overseas Territories, European Union and Switzerland - At your expense
Using the carrier of your choice, return your order to the following address: 44 rue du Port aux Cerises, 44240 La Chapelle sur Erdre, FRANCE
Be sure to keep the tracking number in order to follow its delivery to our premises.
Upon receipt of your return, we will process it within a maximum of 14 days and send you a confirmation email
Upon receipt and validation of the returned item, if you paid for your order using a gift card, we will send you a new gift card by email. This new gift card can be used on our e-shop.
Quality rhymes with sustainability and eco-responsibility! It is of the utmost importance for us to offer you high-quality clothing and the best shopping experience possible. If, however, your item has a defect, we invite you to get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and to send us photos so that we can assess the issue and find the best solution together.
Your return parcel is of your responsibility until we have received it. We will only be able to confirm the return of your items once we have received your return parcel.
So don't hesitate to note the tracking number of your return parcel to follow its journey to Géopélie's headquarters. We also invite you to keep proof of delivery of your parcel until we can process the return and refund of your order.
In the event of a loss or any problem occurring during the delivery of your return parcel, we invite you to contact the carrier who handled it, and to get in touch with us at email@example.com.
Unfortunately, we may have to refuse your return request in two cases:
- If the time limit of 14 days upon receipt of your order has been exceeded
- If the items are returned incomplete (tags, buttons, etc.), worn, stained, washed or damaged.
